Set in a small enclave between an apartment block two garages and the pavement this small plot was developed with great ingenuity to provide a beautiful three storey 4-bedroom house with a garage and off-street parking.
Although small this project did not come without challenges, this new build house benefits from all the modern comforts and has been designed and fitted to the highest standards. and modern standards expected from a prime London residence.

Set on a 3-acre plot with its Grade II Listed workers cottage a design and build development consisting of a large extension to the rear of the cottage, 3 guest bungalows and a two-storey entertainment building.
A challenging build as the main entertainment building was built on a riverbed. In total the project provided 11000 square foot of net internal accommodation and fully landscaped grounds, due to its complex nature the build took 3 years.

A full refurbishment and remodelling of a very dated house including the build of a full basement totalling the existing footprint of the property and going underneath the garden areas, providing a lift and a new grand circular staircase.
The house was equipped with state-of-the-art domotics, latest technology used for cooling and heating in all totalling 7000 square foot of net internal accommodation.
