Holland Park W1
In one of the most prestigious crescents of London, this grand house was completely refurbished, and interior designed by the late David Collins a very complex interior design package requiring some orchestral management. A house with beautiful, landscaped gardens and fountains in excess of 12000 square feet.
Marlborough Place NW8
In the heart of St Johns Wood, we created a basement to complement the current house with its pool/spa complex and cinema area. This was a 4500 square feet design and build.

Sometimes we have enjoyed doing commercial projects that we felt compelled to do because of our love for food. This was the design and build of a middle eastern more precisely Lebanese restaurant close to Harrods 3000 square feet on two floors, having created a private garden on the first floor for those shisha lovers.

A superb penthouse flat with wrapping terraces facing the majestic Albert Hall, we were asked to create and redesign several living quarters as well as some of the terraces. This was a 4500 square feet project.

A beautiful boutique style patisserie in one of the most famous shopping haunts of London, this was a 550 square feet design and build.

This was our first family office project in the heart of Mayfair, Interior designed by a longstanding design company Bluebottle, the project was to create a lush and homely office, no open plan spaces but large individual offices with luxurious finishes. The project was 4500 square feet.
Upper Wimpole Street W1
A grand Grade II listed family home in the trendy area of Marylebone, the house was stripped back to brick and rebuilt including modern conveniences of a lift, air conditioning and a professional kitchen. It was a full design and build of 7000 square feet.
